The venue exceeded high expectations, nothing to complain about. Appreciated my 2 nights stay. - the hotel was close to the medina, tourist attractions, and main streets. - I was upgraded to a large room with stunning views. - Extra touches like central heating, a microwave oven, and a dining area were a treat. - Staff were amazingly friendly and amicable.

Well-equipped room, all in all had lovely stay.
There were a dining area, an iron with ironing board, and a couch bed in the room, enjoyed that. The breakfast offered a lot of good meals. The hotel was located in the heart of the city. The place had a quiet atmosphere...

Good location in the heart of the Medina was a plus. And it was also so close to all tourist attractions, the main streets and Fes old town.

Had a blast exploring the outlet shopping nearby.even though I didn't buy anything. The free continental breakfast gave me the energy to do some serious snacking.
The poorly lit room was perfect for those who want to practice their ninja skills in the dark.

The rooms were so cozy and comfortable, with a laptop-friendly workspace and air conditioning. We loved the triple room with a view, it was amazing to wake up to such a beautiful sight. The double room with a patio was perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. It was convenient to have a microwave in the double room, making it easy to heat up snacks. The private bathrooms were clean and equipped with everything we needed, like a shower and free toiletries. The bed linens and towels provided in each room were a nice touch.
Personally, we didn't use the hairdryer in the bathroom, but that's just our preference.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a traditional hotel in a great location, close to both the Medina and transport options. The building itself was stunning, with beautiful mosaics covering the walls and exceptional views from the rooftop terrace. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met. The rooms were comfortable, and the attention to detail in the bathroom was impressive, with unbelievable tiles and great water pressure in the shower. The breakfasts on the rooftop were fantastic, and I also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.
All was satisfactory; no improvements needed.

The decorations inside the hotel were stunning and the staff were very friendly and helpful in providing information about the area. The rooftop terrace had a panoramic view which was breathtaking and perfect for watching the New Year's Eve fireworks. The location of the hotel was conveniently close to many shops and restaurants.
The room we were given was very small and cramped, leaving little space to move around. The noise level within the hotel was quite high due to the narrow and high layout, making it difficult to sleep at night.

We recently enjoyed a comfortable stay at a charming traditional Moroccan riad. Our room was beautifully decorated, with intricate mosaics and a comfortable bed. the bathroom boasted lovely tiles and great water pressure in the shower. the breakfast and dinner on the rooftop terrace were delicious, with stunning views of the surrounding area. the helpful and kind staff made our stay even more enjoyable. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby to explore.
The lack of soundproofing in our room, but this is a common issue in traditional Moroccan riads.
